McPherson, Kan. For the second time in her career, McPherson College cross country runner Aspen Frey gets to head to the National championships. Most years this would mean an exciting trip to some state not in the Midwest, like when she headed to Vancouver, Washington; this year however, the NAIA National Cross Country Championships are held in Lawrence, Kansas at Rim Rock Farm. This small detail will not deter the senior from running to her fullest potential.
